Guideline for author

JPublishers is a peer reviewed open access journal where an efficient author can submit their manuscript works, original papers, posters, presentations, research notes, reviews, miniature & supplemental articles, technical reports & short communications for the process of peer review.

For Author | Author Guidelines

The author must take care that the manuscript submitted must be easy to use and must follow few author guidelines. An author must remember that the work must be the original one and must not be repetitive. One must avoid the publishing of the same manuscript in one or more journals at a time, as this might create a mess and violate the ethics of the publication. The authors must maintain high editorial standards. One must perform the language editing before submitting it to the peer review process. The authors must be highly dedicated & professional towards work. An author must remember that the work must reach out with a greater impact and it must have an open access viability. One must maintain the retentionship, ownership & the copyright of the published research. References must be given either from the AMA format style of writing or Vancouver style of referencing.

The author guidelines differ as per the standards of publication & with respect to the organization or the agencies that one works for. Each organization or the agency has their own specific customized guidelines. The author guidelines are mainly designed & decided by an editorial panel of that particular journal. Most authors prefer to choose high impact journals because their work gets recognized there.

Manuscript Submission Guidelines

The manuscripts submitted must be of an original version with authentic data. While submitting the manuscript, one must clearly check out for plagiarism issues and resolve them. The in-text citations and reference citations must be placed properly in a manuscript before its peer review submission.

Below are the few guidelines for developing a manuscript

  • The manuscript chosen must be in English
  • An appropriate title is mandatory for every manuscript. The title must be informative & specific.
  • The author's name is aligned at the end of the manuscript followed by correspondence address.
  • Abstract should follow standard nomenclature and avoid citing literature. Keywords are mandatory.
  • A brief introduction is essential for every manuscript.
  • The materials & methods must describe the experimental design and year of experimentation.
  • Results & discussion are usually in combined format.
  • Conclusion and acknowledgement can be in tabular format.
  • References must be provided at the end of the manuscript.
  • Page and line numbers are mandatory.
  • Word count varies as per journal standards.
  • Formatting and reference style are decided by the editorial team.
  • Journals of similar background follow similar timelines.
  • In open access journals, author identity may or may not be revealed.

The review process is highly confidential and is carried out by an efficient team of authors and co-authors who ensure accuracy of results. After acceptance of the article for publication, one needs to submit a copyright form.

In case of live experimentations, the content work is submitted with respect to the institutional body and it maintains strict ethical values. A letter of acceptance must be received from the editorial board if one wishes to showcase the manuscript before any media or institutional agencies.
